This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by A35Store.com.
The owner of A35STORE.com, Is also a part of the community, all efforts will be made to resolve issues. It is expected that dialogue be opened with A35STORE.com privately and issues outlined so they can swiftly be resolved.
A35 Store expects that any item that requires installation will be done so in accordance with instructions, and / or by a suitably competent mechanic / individual.
·Damage to parts incurred through incorrect installation procedures, over torquing of screws will not be covered by a return policy.
A35Store.com sell a variety of products, including electrical components, ABS plastic and injection moulded items. Should your item be defective upon delivery, or you have ordered an incorrect part, a refund or exchange is permitted.
The returned product will be inspected prior to exchange.
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there is a problem with your order you should contact us immediately.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, postage and packaging charges paid are non-refundable.
Proof of posting for returned items must be provided- recorded delivery.
International orders may be refundable- this is at A35store’s discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
· Change of mind, ie a different colour required / part: exchange permitted, but postage and packing to be paid by the buyer.
A35store.com is not, and will not pay any import fees. import fees are an expectation when ordering goods outside your member state / country.
